Purpose of the Job:
Managing resources and staff, developing, and attaining sales goals, delivering customer service, ensuring growth of revenue.
Required Qualifications
  1. Matric
  2. Tertiary qualification – Advantageous
Technical Competencies & Experience:
  1. Experience in managing the repair, delivery, and installation process
  2. Experience managing a team
  3. Experience and understanding of Health and Safety
  4. Experience and understanding of Consumer protection ACT
  5. Building customer/client relationships
  6. Managing procurement and security of inventory.
  7. Marketing - Sales promotions, advertising. Attain new business
Behavioural Competencies:
  1. Great Communication Skills both verbal and written
  2. Customer Service focused
  3. Target Driven
  4. Ability to work under pressure
  5. High ethical standards
