IGrow Wealth Investments, South Africa’s #1 Property Investment Company, is looking for a Internal Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Durbanville,Cape Town.

To qualify for this position, you need:
  • Matric 
  • Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience.
  • Track record of excellence in successful quality recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies at once.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette.
  • Own transport and Valid divers license.
Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to: 
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals) to identify potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates based on job requirements and company culture fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide constructive feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Conduct regular meetings with department heads to review hiring progress.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Generate and analyze recruitment reports, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop engaging job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials.
  • Implement strategies to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement new recruitment tools and technologies to streamline hiring efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
