Lexdan Select is assisting a Manufacturing company with their search for an Executive Supply Chain Manager, based in the East Rand of Johannesburg.

Functions:

• Designing and implementing integrated, multi-site supply chain strategies
• Responsible for managing procurement and suppliers.
• Spearhead digital transformation and process optimization programs to accelerate operational excellence.
• Cultivating collaborative, high-performance teams while driving decisions with strong commercial and financial acumen.

Requirements:

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years experience managing procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory, and planning within an industrial, manufacturing, or agricultural environment.
• Demonstrated success in leading large, geographically dispersed teams.
