Lexdan Select is assisting an Engineering Consultancy company with their search for a Structural Engineering Lead, based in Centurion.

Responsibilities:

• Drive business development within the company, by engaging with existing and new clients to secure additional work.
• Responsible for providing guidance, mentorship, and taking full ownership of the structural team.
• Actively contribute to hands-on design work in addition to managing projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of structural engineering experience is required.
• Must hold Pr. Eng, or Pr. Tech registration with ECSA.
• Bring existing client contacts, and demonstrate the ability to engage with clients and assist with growing the business.
• The candidate must be open to travelling.
