Sales Executive
Our client is a leading provider of innovative HR solutions, dedicated to helping businesses enhance their HR practices and drive operational efficiency. They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 1 years’ experience to join their growing team in Johannesburg North. As a Sales Executive, you will be pivotal in driving revenue growth for our client by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for optimising HR practices for businesses.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Matric
  • Vehicle and valid Driver’s License
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in external sales, preferably within the HR solutions or related industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and solutions, with a passion for helping businesses optimise their HR functions.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in sales, with a demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
 Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target new business opportunities to generate sales and achieve revenue goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive additional business opportunities.
  • Present and demonstrate HR solutions effectively to prospective clients, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct cold calling to prospective clients to introduce HR solutions and generate new leads.
