An Agricultural 3rd Party Trial company is seeking a young candidate to ensure the successful execution of high-quality trials.

Minimum requirements for the role:

• Must have a B.Sc., National Diploma, or B-Tech in Agriculture
• Good understanding of production planning is essential
• Excellent communication skills to communicate with management and farmers is required
• Must have a valid driver’s license

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Recruiting farmers.
• Planting and inspecting land.
• Evaluating pests.
• Conducting quality control.
• Harvesting and delivering usable data.
• Managing documentation and computer information.
• Ensuring strict compliance with the Production and Protocol procedures.
• Taking management responsibility when required.
