We are looking for an Simulations Applications Engineer to join our team in Centurion

As a Simulation Applications Engineer at Simutron, you will be responsible for managing technical accounts and projects to ensure clients' success with our Altair Simulation portfolio. You will work closely with clients to understand their engineering workflows and propose tailored solutions using our Altair Simulation products. The role involves providing training, direct support, and presenting technologies that align with customer objectives. Collaboration with the sales team is essential to identify growth opportunities and execute initiatives that expand the business.

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage client accounts and technical projects, ensuring successful use of Altair Simulation tools.
· Understand client engineering workflows and propose optimal simulation solutions.
· Provide training and technical support for Altair Simulation products.
· Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute initiatives to grow business opportunities.
· Present technical solutions to customers, aligning with their design objectives and constraints.
· Troubleshoot engineering problems, identify best practices, and introduce innovative concepts for optimal design.
· Serve as a technical advisor and point of contact for customer queries.

Qualifications:
· B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with a strong focus on computational methods.
· Demonstrated experience in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) or Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) with tools like Altair, SOLIDWORKS Simulation, ANSYS, or Nastran.
· Min 3 years of relevant industry experience, particularly in simulation application and support.
· Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for exploring new design methodologies.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
· Experience applying simulation strategies in real-world engineering projects will be an asset.
