Our Client is looking for a vibrant Procurement Manager to join their management team, in and around East Rand area. The incumbent would need to know import logistics, freight forwarding and custom clearance incoterms requirements.

Job Function:
- Procure raw materials, generic packaging materials and factory consumables based on the agreed procurement policy.
- Liaise with relevant cross functional departments to maintain excellent supplier relationships.
- Manage the full end to end import of raw materials (where necessary).
- Monitor the on-time delivery of all orders to support stock holding policies, production demand and just in time manufacture.
- Support Quality in resolving identified non-conformances on suppliers & arrange replacement of rejected stock.
- Assist with maintaining the integrity of stock control by coordinating with the warehouse monthly cycle counts, half and full year stock counts.

Qualification and Experience:
- 8-10 years experience in procurement with FMCG/ Manufacturing company
- 2 – 3 years’ management experience will be beneficial
- Degree in Accounting, Supply Chain Management or similar
