We are looking for an experienced Training Facilitator to join our team at their production plant in Secunda . As a Training Facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to employees in a chemical site (plant).
Your duties will include designing training modules, organizing training sessions, evaluating employee performance, and continuously improving training methods.
Assessor and Moderator certificate is essential.
This role is regulated by the Education, Training and Development Practices Sector Education & Training Authority (ETDP SETA).

Please note that this is not a Process Technician or Artisan position, you must be a Technical Trainer.

Occupationally Directed Education, Training and Development Practitioner (ODETDP) + Train the Trainer (essential)
- NQF L4 Chemical Operations qualification (essential)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems (LMS)
- Driver’s license
- Assessor (essential)
- Moderator (essential)
- 5 to 7 years of experience in the mining and explosives industry
- Full understanding of the Skills and Development Act
- Chemical plant experience
