We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Finance Intern who requires Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) to complete their qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. This opportunity is designed to provide practical exposure to core financial processes, enabling the successful candidate to apply academic knowledge within a professional finance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the finance team
- Assist with capturing financial data, invoices, and transactions accurately
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes
- Assist with filing, document control, and maintenance of financial records
- Support reconciliation processes and basic financial reporting activities
- Assist with procurement and expense tracking administration
- Participate in audit preparation and compliance-related activities
- Provide general office and finance-related administrative support
Minimum Requirements
- Currently studying towards a qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Requires Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) to complete the qualification (preferred)
- Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
