We are recruiting for a Business Development & Lead Generation Intern role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and qualifying potential clients through research, outreach, and digital tools.
- Support the sales team in developing pipelines for ICT products (hardware, software) and services (cloud solutions, managed services, consulting).
- Participate in client engagement activities such as calls, emails, and product demonstrations under supervision.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with lead generation strategies.
- Prepare reports and presentations on lead generation outcomes and business development activities.
Learning OutcomesBy the end of the WIL placement, the graduate will:
- Understand ICT sales cycles and business development processes.
- Gain practical experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Develop communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Learn to use CRM and digital sales tools effectively.
- Acquire knowledge of ICT products and services, including their value propositions.
Requirements
- Currently completing a qualification in ICT, Business, Marketing, or related field.
