Qualifications:

• Matric essential
• Min 3 years experience in a similar role

• Debtors experience
• Books up to trial balance
• General ledger experience
• Experience in Microsoft Office and Sage Evolution

• Reconciliation of Accounts Receivable
• Credit Application processing, loading onto verification agency’s portal – CSP
• Bank Processing of Cashbook Batches
• Allocation of Payments and Discount
• Processing of Credit Notes
• General debtor’s queries
• Compiling of Age Analysis
• Phoning of customers for outstanding funds
• Limit Increase – CSP
• Handing over bad debts - CSP
• Local Creditors
• Processing of GRV’s
• Processing of Invoices
• Processing Return of Supplier
• Compiling of Age Analysis – EVO
• Bank Processing on Cashbook Batches
• Allocation of Payments
• Creating orders
• Foreign Creditors
• Processing of Orders
• Processing of GRV’s
• Processing of Invoices
• General
• FIC knowledge for processing machine customers on NCINO
• Knowledge of Pastel Evolution
• Processing of company credit cards
• Capturing payment advise for COD payments
• Filing
• Tend to general queries received on email
