Qualification
- Matric (Grade 12) is essential
Requirements
- Some technical knowledge is a strong advantage, especially in Electrical, Electronics, or Harness/Connector fields.
- Previous office experience (administrative, customer service, or sales support) is preferred.
- Comfortable working in a quiet, focused office environment (introverted personality welcomed).
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and reliability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Valid Drivers License
Duties
- Training on product range and technical knowledge.
- Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
- Process sales orders, quotations, and follow-ups accurately and on time.
- Provide product information and basic technical support on connectors, wire, tooling, and harness-related products.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely stock availability and order fulfilment.
- Maintain accurate customer records and CRM data.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, sample requests, and documentation.
- Build and maintain professional customer relationships through consistent, high-quality service.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or additional services (e.g., kit supply, prototyping).
