Qualification
  • Digital Marketing Diploma or Degree
Requirements
  • 5 - 7 Years’ experience from Financial Services or related industry, working as a digital specialist and responsible for electronic branding, social medial, digital design.
  • Technical skills required in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter / X Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Tag Management, SEO Analytics.
  • Building and monitoring webpages in WordPress
  • Managing and optimising Google Search campaigns
  • Advanced working knowledge of Campaign Monitor
  • Solid technical proficiency across the Microsoft Suite
  • Digital elements – images, photos, video, documents, voice files, blog posts.
  • A natural design sensibility is essential, with the ability to create on-brand content and ensuring the websites reflect the essence of the different brands.
  • The role also involves supporting event-related system integration and contributing to broader marketing system integration across platforms.
  • This individual should be able to incorporate AI tools into marketing workflows (in collaboration with the IT team).
  • While technically focused, the role requires a grounding in marketing, including an understanding of the pace, intensity, and delivery pressures. 
Duties
  • Digital media platforms project management, development and support.
  • Obtain requirements and draft specification for the development of the digital platforms.
  • Testing of the development of the digital platforms as well as configuration of 3rd party digital platforms.
  • Assist in implementation of new and enhancements to digital media platforms as well as the management of all marketing technology project in approved architecture and technologies.
  • Implement analytics and monitor of all digital marketing platforms, campaigns and initiatives.
  • Perform duties as a Content Manager.
  • Uploading of new content and digital elements on the digital platforms as provided by content providers.
  • Participate in public advertising campaigns (radio, webinars, tv, etc), by assisting in the delivering material for the campaigns, monitoring and reporting back on their effect on the digital platforms.
