Office Administrator for Operations Department
Qualification
  • Matric Senior Certificate
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Marketing, Operations or related field preferred
Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in an office administrator, executive assistant, office management, project coordination or business support role.
  • Advanced computer literacy on MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Experience with ERP systems, reporting tools or business intelligence platforms advantageous.
  • Experience supporting senior management or executives.
  • Exposure to analytical reporting and project coordination activities.
  • The position requires a highly organised, professional and proactive individual with strong analytical capability, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing and commercial environment
  • Valid Drivers Licence
Duties
  • High-level administrative, analytical and project support to the General Manager
  • Marketing & Sales.
  • Ensuring the efficient coordination of business activities, supporting operational and commercial initiatives, assisting with reporting and analysis, and contributing to cross-functional projects and business improvement activities.
  • Office administration, document control, communication coordination and general business support functions to ensure the smooth and professional operation of the business.
