Office Administrator for Operations Department
Qualification
- Matric Senior Certificate
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Marketing, Operations or related field preferred
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in an office administrator, executive assistant, office management, project coordination or business support role.
- Advanced computer literacy on MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience with ERP systems, reporting tools or business intelligence platforms advantageous.
- Experience supporting senior management or executives.
- Exposure to analytical reporting and project coordination activities.
- The position requires a highly organised, professional and proactive individual with strong analytical capability, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing and commercial environment
- Valid Drivers Licence
Duties
- High-level administrative, analytical and project support to the General Manager
- Marketing & Sales.
- Ensuring the efficient coordination of business activities, supporting operational and commercial initiatives, assisting with reporting and analysis, and contributing to cross-functional projects and business improvement activities.
- Office administration, document control, communication coordination and general business support functions to ensure the smooth and professional operation of the business.
