Qualification
- Matric / Senior Certificate
- C.N.C/Co2/BTL/Waterjet and fiber Laser technician
- Waterjet Service, repairs classic and pro 4000/6500 bar (KMT pumps)
- Fiber Laser Cutting Machine Servicing (splicing etc)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to work
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
- Reliable, accountable, and proactive
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team environment
- Servicing and customer support – focused on complex installations and breakdown issues
- Develop and drive installation plans of machines
- Training Junior Service Technicians and customers
- Inspect work done by Junior Technicians to ensure quality and adherence to standards
- Develop and drive scheduled maintenance plans
- Senior technical advisor for Junior Service Technicians and customers
