Qualification
- Completed BCom Accounting or similar Degree
- Completed SAICA / SAIPA Articles
- Professional Membership with an Accounting Institution and Registered Tax Practitioner will be an added advantage
- 3 Years Post Articles experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Sage and Xero Accounting experience
- Willing to travel between business locations, Meyersdal, Isando, and Vanderbijlpark (must have own car and valid drivers license)
- Will be based in Meyersdal
- Dedicated Accountant for 2 subsidiaries within a Group of Companies
- Prepare and maintain fixed asset registers
- Monthly reporting
- Maintain and update budgets and forecasts
- Review payments
- Weekly revenue and debtors reports
- Year-end reports and packs
- Assist and support the Financial Manager
- Responsible for all journals
- Compile General Ledge recons and review
- Processing and maintaining of cashbooks
- Prepare monthly tax returns for approval
