Our client in the FMCG environment has an opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
  • Writing of reports on Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Able to handle large volumes of paperwork
  • Filling
  • Ad-hoc duties as needed
  • Preparing and processing legal documents and papers, such as deeds, wills, affidavits, and briefs
  • Reviewing and proofreading documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures
  • Mailing, faxing, or arranging for delivery of legal correspondence
  • Organizing and maintaining documents
  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets, monitoring of expenditures, drafting of contracts and purchasing or acquisition orders
  • Grade 12 or higher qualification
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar field
  • Must be fully computer literate
  • Experience in contractual law
  • Experience in commercial law
  • Experience in statutory requirements
  • Must have strong administration skills
  • Own transport
