A position has become available at our client for a HR Administrator. This is a 5-month contract and they are looking for someone to start ASAP.
Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Administration: VIP Premier
  • Dealing with salary related queries
  • Processing of Time & Attendance
  • Eco-Time support to the stores
  • Uniform distribution
  • Recruitment admin
  • HR administrative duties, organizing and updating training schedules, shortlisting and scheduling of interviews, IOD reporting & attending to queries, Labour/ Health inspections documentation & resolving general employee relations issues.
Essential skills & qualifying criteria:
  • Grade 12 Senior Certificate
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in HR and payroll
  • Professional Skills and Knowledge
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Excellent Administration skills
  • Highly Organized
  • VIP Premier Payroll experience
  • HR Qualification
