Junior Administration Assistant - Northern Suburbs
An Engineering Firm based in the Northern Suburbs is seeking to appoint a Junior Administration Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with exceptional work ethic, attention to detail and willing to grow with the organisation.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent
  • Grade 12 with Maths
  • Management of Company Travel Desk
  • HR experience would be a benefit
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
  • Home internet access (preferably fibre)
  • Reception duties
  • Maintain and update registers
  • General office administration (petty cash, office supplies
  • Training administration and arrangements
  • International & Domestic travel arrangements
  • Event management
  • Maintenance of office equipment
  • Maintain and update HR registers (sick leave, time & attendance, induction, and orientation)
  • Policies and procedures of company
