What You'll Be Doing

• Managing the accurate recognition of revenue across multiple product streams.
• Preparing monthly management accounts, financial statements, capital expenditure reports, and regulatory submissions.
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensuring compliance with IFRS, taxation legislation, and industry regulatory requirements.
• Monitoring financial controls, reconciliations, and ageing to ensure financial accuracy.
• Overseeing fixed assets and capital expenditure reporting.
• Assisting with internal and external audits.
• Identifying financial risks and recommending practical solutions.
• Providing financial insight to support business initiatives and strategic projects.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, with a completed Honours.
• Professional qualification such as CA(SA), SAIPA, CIMA, ACCA, CFA or similar will be advantageous. CA(SA) preferable
• Minimum 5 years' Senior Accounting experience within a highly regulated industry.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations and compliance.
• Experience using SAGE or a similar ERP/accounting system.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
