Recruitment Consultant / Talent Acquisition Specialist

What you'll be doing:

• Developing new business and securing recruitment partnerships with clients.
• Managing and growing an existing client database while identifying new business opportunities.
• Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from taking briefs through to successful placements.
• Sourcing, interviewing, screening and presenting high-calibre candidates.
• Negotiating offers and providing professional recruitment advice to clients and candidates.
• Delivering exceptional service while consistently achieving monthly targets.

What we're looking for:

• Previous recruitment agency experience would be advantageous.
• A proven ability or strong desire to develop new business.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A confident, resilient and target-driven personality.
• Strong negotiation and networking abilities.
• Professional, self-motivated and results orientated.
• Own reliable transport and a valid driver's licence.
