Financial Manager

Hospitality Industry 
A high-volume hospitality environment is seeking a qualified CA(SA) to take ownership of operational finance and working capital management.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership of debtors and creditors functions, tight cash flow control, and oversight of daily transactional accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable age analysis
• Lead Head of Debtors and Head of Creditors
• Oversee cash flow and payment cycles
• Reconcile multiple bank accounts and manage local & international payments
• Monitor daily financial controls and drive process improvements
• Partner closely with operational teams

Requirements

• CA(SA) – essential
• Strong working capital management experience
• Proven supervision of debtors and creditors teams
• Solid cash flow management expertise
• Hospitality exposure advantageous
