My client is looking for a dynamic and ambitious Accounts Receivable Controller to join their growing Finance Team! If you have strong reconciliation skills and FMCG experience, this could be your next exciting career move.

🔎 What You’ll Be Doing

As an Accounts Receivable Controller, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth cash flow and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
✔ Performing monthly debtor reconciliations
✔ Managing collections and resolving customer queries
✔ Building strong relationships with customer account administrators
✔ Monitoring and managing credit risk
✔ Processing approved claims and remittances
✔ Maintaining accurate debtor account records
✔ Investigating and resolving unpaid invoices
✔ Assisting with ad hoc finance tasks when required

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:
✔ Matric (Accounting preferred)
✔ Diploma in Accounting or Bookkeeping (advantageous)
Experience:
✔ 3–5 years’ experience in a similar Accounts Receivable role
✔ FMCG / manufacturing experience — non-negotiable
Skills & Competencies:
✔ Strong reconciliation skills
✔ Experience with Pastel Evolution and Excel
✔ Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
✔ Strong time management and attention to detail
✔ Ability to resolve queries effectively and professionally
