A large ever evolving wholesaler concern based in Johannesburg South is looking for a Debtors Manager to join their young, dynamic team. The successful incumbent would ideally have strong reconciliation skills with a strong Debtors understanding.

Requirements:

• 5 years experience as a Debtors Supervisor / Debtors Manager
• Minimum Matric
• SAP Business One experience is highly beneficial
• Experience with both local and cross-border collections
• Experience within the Wholesale and Distributions concern is highly advantageous
• Experience and understanding in rebate calculations
• Stress tolerant
• Figure orientated

Basic duties include, but are not limited to:

• Working on a book value of R70M with 3600 accounts
• Ensure effective Credit Control
• Timely debt collection
• Accurate debtors reporting
• Monthly and weekly forecasting
• Projections on Debtors Collections for cashflow purposes
• Assist with development and maintenance of standard operating procedures for the Debtors Function
• Demonstrate care for the Debtors Team through a genuine interest in their personal, work and career development
• Involved in training and performance reviews for staff
