Exports concern, based in Centurion, is looking for an Accounts Assistant/ Creditors Clerk to join their team on a temporary contract until the end of December 2024. This is an urgent role and requires candidates to be immediately available. The role may be part-time/ half-day to begin with.

Requirements:

• Matric
• Working knowledge of Pastel Evolution 
• Own car and valid drivers license 
• Fluency in English and Afrikaans 

Duties include but are not limited to:

1. Invoice Processing
2. Reconciliation of Accounts
3. Payment Processing
4. Maintaining Supplier Records
5. Handling Queries and Disputes
6. Reporting and Documentation
7. Compliance and Internal Controls
8. Collaboration with Other Departments

Pastel processing:

1. Fleet statement
2. Credit card Statement
3. Petty cash
4. Finance lease Statements
