Our client is seeking an experienced Group Finance Manager to lead and oversee the finance function within a high-volume, fast-paced operational environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong financial background, proven leadership experience, and the ability to manage multi-layered teams while ensuring effective financial controls and operational efficiency.

Minimum Requirements:

• CA(SA) or a similar relevant finance qualification
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or Group Finance Manager
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-layered teams, including managers or supervisors
• Hands-on oversight of debtors, creditors and month-end reporting in a high-volume environment
• Essential experience in FMCG, retail or a similar fast-paced operational business
