Our client in the Automotive sector has a vacancy for a Export Administrator, to be based in Kempton Park.
Skills required
- Knowledge of booking and management of travel for department
- Background/Experience within the commercial/Motor industry
- Export market sales experience is advantageous
Role Requirements
- Individual will be required to manage the movement and stock for all export deals and allocations
- Manage the export customer account payments, queries, allocations and follow-ups. They will be responsible for activity on each export customer account
- Work on excel under the guidance of the export manager for preparation of quotations and deal costings
- Ensure correct and timely documentation, accessories and deliveries are taking place in accordance with weekly export schedule
- Coordinate the delivery of export vehicle deals between in-house stock control and finance
- Be able to work in-hose system for vehicle order processing and stock management (TDS System)
- Vehicle invoicing management (Check invoice instruction, record invoice information, TDS System)
- Be able to meet request for the preparation and submission of weekly and monthly reporting standards related to export activity
- Management of outsourced supplier payments and in-house finance releases
- Preparation and submission of month end export sales report
- Coordination of activity with sales support and logistics team
- Manage departmental database
- Assist wit ad-hoc tasks related directly and indirectly to export department such as travel requirements and customer requests
- Must be willing to learn and open to assisting where needed
