Our Bellville based client focuses on residential rental properties throughout the Cape Peninsula.  They are looking for an experienced Residential Rental Agent to manage an existing portfolio in Durbanville on a commission only basis – come write your own cheque at month end!

DUTIES:

• Source prospective tenants
• Handle rental queries
• Arrange and attend viewings
• Collect required documentation (applications, FICA, etc.)
• Execute move-in and move-out inspections
• Identify and follow up on all maintenance issues

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 year’s relevant experience
• Experience dealing with tenants and owners
• Bi-lingual (Eng / Afr)
• Computer literate
• Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority member
• PDE4 – advantage
• Own transport
• Willing / able to work after hours and / or week-ends
