REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric
• 2 years’ experience in film/TV industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experienced with Portfolio Pad and You Me and Co systems

• Ability to cope under pressure

DUTIES:

• Liaising with production companies
• Booking actors for contracts/roles
• Liaising with actors for shoots and contracts
• Administrative duties
• Calculate remuneration paid to actors. The ideal candidate must be able to convert foreign currency into Rand and work out the actors salary
• Processing new contracts for Adverts/TV/Movie
• Matching clients Advert/TV/Movie spec with potential actors
• Ensuring actors are on time for sets
• Dealing with any requests/issues the actors or clients report on set

HOURS:

• Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 17:00 (Out of Season)
• Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 18:00 (In Season)
• Overtime may be required
