Role Objective:
- Deliver excellent customer service by completing repair orders accurately and within allocated timeframes.
- Optimise Service Department productivity while ensuring customer safety and satisfaction.
- Promote company's brand values through professional and knowledgeable service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete repair orders efficiently, meeting or exceeding workshop labour targets.
- Diagnose customer issues, provide solutions, and communicate findings effectively.
- Ensure timely parts ordering and allocation for repair completion.
- Stay updated on technological changes through training and continuous learning.
- Support Service Manager and Foreman in enhancing departmental efficiency.
- Adhere to dealership processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain clean and organised workstations, tools, and vehicles.
Minimum Requirements:
- Qualified Motor Vehicle Technician (Red Seal) with 2 years' post-qualification dealership experience.
- Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
- Experience in premium segment motor vehicle dealership preferred.
- Computer literate with valid driver’s licence.
