Join Our Team as a Customer Service Agent (Vehicle Rental)

We are currently seeking a motivated Customer Service Agent to join our vehicle rental customer service team in the Cape Town Region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a point of contact for vehicle rental customers
• Coordinate vehicle bookings and check-outs
• Ensure vehicle readiness and presentation
• Assist customers with vehicle features and benefits
• Handle vehicle collections and returns
• Complete administration tasks and reports
• Upsell add on products
• Handle walk-ins wanting to book a vehicle

Requirements:

• High School Qualification (Grade 12)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic sales knowledge is a plus
• Valid drivers license is preferred
