Job Summary

The Factory Manager oversees day-to-day manufacturing operations for custom and production-line motorhomes and recreational vehicles. You will lead cross-functional teams spanning various departments to ensure production targets are met on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities & Core Roles

• Operations & Assembly Management: Manage the entire manufacturing process from production to quality control.
• Quality Control & Safety Compliance: Enforce rigorous quality checks and industry standards.
• Team Leadership & Workforce Management: Lead the factory staff and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Financial & Resource Planning: Control operational expenditure and evaluate capital expenditure.

Candidate Qualifications & Skills Profile

Experience: 5-10 years in factory management within RV, motorhome, or related industries.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of power systems, body design, gas/plumbing standards, etc.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent trade experience.
