Our client, a leading company in the automotive industry committed to excellence in manufacturing and production are seeking an experienced Workshop Foreman / Production Manager to oversee and optimize our production operations in Cape Town, Western Cape. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage workshop operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of workshop staff, including training, performance management, and scheduling.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor production metrics and identify areas for improvement to drive continuous performance gains.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Workshop Foreman or Production Manager in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Solid understanding of production processes, machinery, and safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
