HR Officer - Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape

Our client  is seeking an experienced and motivated HR Officer to join their team based in PE,  Eastern Cape.

Minimum Requirements: 

• Matric (Grade 12) 
• Completed qualification in Human resources or related field
• Minimum 5 Years experience experience in a similar role
• Exposure to Labour law and employment equity regulations 
• Exposure to payroll systems and practises

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Training and development and talent optimization
• All human resource administration
• Performance management Implementation 
• Recruitment and Selection
• Labour and employee relations
• Compliance with Hr related legislation
• Induction programme implementation
• Assist management in all HR related duties
