Duties & Responsibilities
Are you a driven and customer-focused sales professional with a passion for the automotive industry? Our client, a reputable and dynamic dealership, is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join their team.
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of sales experience within an automotive dealership environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and financing options
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Professional appearance and positive, energetic attitude
  • Preferably stays within a 30km's travelling distance from Paarl. 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate vehicle options
  • Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and explain product features
  • Negotiate pricing, finance, and trade-in offers in a professional manner
  • Follow up with leads and maintain contact with past and potential customers
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends
  • Process necessary documentation for sales and finance agreements
  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., finance, admin, service) to ensure a smooth sales process
