Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming of clients / visitors in a warm professional manner
  • Showing clients to meeting rooms and offering refreshments
  • Ensuring reception and meeting areas are kept neat, organised and presentable at all times
  • Answering of incoming calls in a professional manner and routing to relevant contacts or taking messages accurately
  • Assist staff with basic admin duties when needed
  • Manage meeting room bookings and schedules
  • Coordinating couriers, deliveries and ordering of basic supplies
