One of our Clients is looking for a Migration Manager. The key responsibilities and accountabilities, in conjunction with the Migration Manager’s counterpart at the third-party provider are:
Project Overview The investment business is undertaking significant change and a project is in progress to modernise the entire operating model consisting Front Office technology, Middle Office and Fund Administration platforms and redesigning and implementing the entire data eco structure in support.
Formal documentation of migration approach
Documentation of migration activities including runbooks.
Reporting on migration activities.
Records of appropriate migration-related business requirements
Workstream status reporting via Programme PMO
Risks, issues and dependencies relating to the migration workstream.
