Must have managed an external Sales team and come on board with high energy and positive attitude.
Qualifications would be Instrumentation or Engineering and/or business related.
Experience: 15 years sales management with strong business & financial acumen.
Hands on approach to developing sales funnels, pricing structures, market share analysis
Role does require medical fitness clearance for client sites as well as clear financial and criminal records as a Director opportunity exists in the near future for the right candidate who is able to build this team and take them to the next level.
