The Hypa brand must be positioned as a premium brand in the fibre industry. Care must be taken to ensure that the brand is consistently deployed.
Job Objectives
  • Be fully trained and knowledgeable in the product ranges
  • Prospecting and presentations to potential customers
  • Solution selling of FTTH products to existing and new customers
  • Building and maintaining relationships with FTTH accounts
  • Managing the customer journey (customer relationship management)
  • Customer retention and upselling initiatives
  • Attending activations and events in conjunction with the relevant internal departments and external organizations
  • Assisting with the customer buying journey
  • Provide information on the Hypa products
  • Attend product training and road shows to expand knowledge of the industry

Minimum Requirements
  • Grade 12
  • 5 years Sales experience in a selling environment
