An opportunity is available for an experienced Interior Designer & Showroom Manager with a background in luxury furniture, home décor or lifestyle retail.
This combined design and management role focuses on providing personalized design consultations, building strong client relationships and driving sales, while overseeing daily showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Provide tailored interior design advice to clients, architects and interior designers.
• Build lasting customer relationships and close high-value sales.
• Manage daily showroom operations, including stock control, point-of-sale systems and inventory audits.
• Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards and coordinate seasonal showroom updates.
• Recruit, train and motivate sales consultants to deliver exceptional customer service.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of retail store management experience.
• Experience in luxury furniture, home décor or lifestyle retail is essential.
• A formal qualification or strong proven background in Interior Design, Architecture or Visual Merchandising.
• Proven ability to close high-value sales and manage customer relationships.
• Strong computer literacy, including Excel and POS systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
