Our client in Sandton is looking for a Regional Sales Engineer- Control Valves with a great network in the Mining sector in South Africa
Key requirement
- BSC/BA degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Engineering or related field
- Valve experience
- 5-8 years proven experience as a Technical sales Rep
- Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue, end user sales experience
- Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPI's
- Hands on experience with CRM software and advance MS Excel
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of all sales policies and procedures
Key responsibility
- Develop effective territory sales and marketing strategies
- Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions
- Discover sales opportunities through consumer research
- Present products and services to prospective customers
- Participate in industry or promotional events, conduct and organize training on company products and services
- Assess sales performance according to KPIs
- Monitor competition within assigned region
- Focusing on constantly acquiring new customers and contacts on CRM, investigating and managing of MRO, projects and tender business
- Analyzing sales and marketing data to determine the most effective sales and marketing techniques
- Conducting surveys to better understand customer needs
