Our client in the motor industry is looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead the dealership's service department
Our client offers full support with the visa process, flight tickets and accommodation to assist the relocation for the successful candidates

Location: Ireland

Key requirement

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• EU passport advantageous
• Strong technical background
• Excellent leadership skill
• Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicles and repair procedure

Key responsibility

• Team management: lead and motivate a team of technicians, advisors and support staff to achieve service department goals
• Customer service: ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Operations management: oversee daily service department operation, including workflow, inventory management and quality control
