Group Aftersales Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the aftersales department, ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing service operations. Reporting to the COO, you will develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and streamline processes. - Lead and mentor the aftersales team
- Set and achieve departmental targets and KPIs
- Develop and implement customer service initiatives
- Monitor and improve service quality
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations
Key requirementQualifications in Business management
3-5 years of experience in a similar role
Business acumen
Willing to relocate
