Our Client is seeking 2 x Technical Support Technicians to join their company in Elan – based in Port Elizabeth

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 Certificate (NQF 4)
• Wireman’s Licence is a prerequisite for this position. Only candidates who hold a valid Wireman’s Licence will be considered.
• Electrical Engineering Diploma
• 3-5 years’ experience in Fault finding, System Integration and Solar Installations.
• Computer Literacy (MS Office Suite; SAP, ERP
• Knowledge of relevant Production-, Engineering-, Sales and Marketing Processes and Practices.

Job Duties:

• To oversee and manage technical support and Maintenance activities, whilst ensuring highest levels of compliance and standards as defined by the overall Industrial strategic objectives.
• Ensure reliable, efficient, and technically sound operations with minimal disruptions and high equipment uptime.
• Achieve seamless maintenance execution, extend asset life, and prevent downtime through forward planned and structured maintenance activities.
• Ensure full regulatory and safety compliance, protecting assets, people, and reputation.
• Maintain strong internal and external service reputation by resolving customer issues quickly, professionally, and within agreed timelines.
