An exciting opportunity exists for a hands-on Finance Manager to take ownership of the full finance function within a dynamic and growing business environment.
 
This role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys operating across both transactional and management accounting activities while contributing to financial planning, reporting, and business decision-making. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable managing day-to-day financial operations and providing meaningful financial support to leadership.

Job Description:

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
• Oversee debtors, creditors, bank reconciliations, and payment processes
• Ensure accurate VAT, PAYE, and statutory submissions
• Prepare year-end audit files and supporting schedules
• Maintain financial controls, policies, and procedures
• Support payroll-related activities and reconciliations
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
• Monitor working capital and identify opportunities for process improvement

 
Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 6 to 8 years’
• Full finance function
• Advanced Excel
• Experience with Pastel, Sage, Xero, or similar accounting systems

 
 
Qualification:

• SAICA / SAIPA / AGA(SA)
