Our client in the catering industry is seeking a skilled Blockman to join their team

Minimum requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12) essential
• Reliable transport to and from work
• 2+ Years Experience in butchery
• Experience with bulk protein handling
• Experience with freezer and blast freezing systems
• Profeciency with yield reporting
• Strong knowledge of protein Production & Output 
• Exposure to Halaal Compliance (Critical)
• Expertise with Quality & Food Safety
• Experience with Staff & Workflow Management
• Equipment & Facility Control experience
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer and team interaction
• Customer-service oriented, professional, and adaptable to changing demand
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holiday
