Junior Farm Manager
(Avocado's and Macadamia's)

My client is seeking a motivated and hands-on Junior Farm Manager to join our team in Levubu, with knowledge on macadamias and/or avocado's.

Minimum requirements:

• A relevant agricultural qualification will be a strong advantage
• 2–3 years’ experience in avocado or macadamia farming
• Strong understanding of orchard management practices
• Good communication and people management skills
• Willingness to work hands-on and lead by example
• Valid driver's license and own transport
• Responsibilities will include the following: 
• Assist the Farm Manager with the day-to-day operations of the farm
• Supervise field staff and seasonal workers
• Monitor the health and development of avocado or macadamia orchards
• Oversee irrigation, fertilization, and pest control programs
• Maintain accurate records of farm activities and production
• Ensure adherence to agricultural and safety regulations
• Coordinate harvest activities and post-harvest handling
• Contribute to continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives
