Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Professional qualification (CA(SA), CPA, ACCA, or CIMA).
• MBA or postgraduate qualification (advantageous).

Experience Required: 

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in CFO/FD role in FMCG or Manufacturing business with turnover R300m plus per annum.
• Proven history in financial strategy, planning, and execution.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, compliance, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement a financial plan that is in line with company goals.
• Supervise forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Make that all tax, regulatory, and IFRS/GAAP regulations are followed.
• Control capital structure, funding methods, and cash flow.
• Oversee internal controls, audit procedures, and risk management.
• Provide financial performance and strategic opportunity advice to the CEO and Board.
• Develop and oversee the finance staff.
