Roodepoort area, Johannesburg – Gauteng: The Agricultural and Manufacturing Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the company’s agricultural implement manufacturing operations and business activities.

This is a ‘LIVE OUT’ position.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Agricultural Management, Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in agricultural implement manufacturing or related industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of farm machinery, design, and fabrication processes.
• Proven experience in client engagement, product development, and business management.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 3834, and manufacturing quality systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office and understanding of technical drawing or CAD designs
